ARTOFHUSH REFUND POLICY

At ARTOFHUSH, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition or custom-made products

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, ARTOFHUSH will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size, damaged item, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by ARTOFHUSH. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
